The app is designed to support trauma-related self-help through exercises and video courses.

10. Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
a) In-App Account Deletion
Users can delete their account directly from within the app using the account settings.
Once confirmed, the account and related data will be permanently removed, except where
data must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons (e.g. payment records).

10. Kontolöschung
Sie haben das Recht, die Löschung Ihres Benutzerkontos und der damit verbundenen
personenbezogenen Daten jederzeit zu verlangen.
a) Kontolöschung in der App
Nutzer können ihr Konto direkt in den App-Einstellungen löschen.
Nach Bestätigung wird das Konto dauerhaft entfernt, sofern keine gesetzlichen
Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen (z. B. Zahlungsdaten).
b) Kontolöschung per E-Mail
Falls kein Zugriff auf die App möglich ist, kann die Löschung per E-Mail beantragt werden:
